Live Events and Retreats

  • Event Details: Additional information regarding the event, including location, schedule, and preparation instructions, will be sent via email closer to the event date.

  • Travel and Accommodation: If your event or retreat involves travel or accommodation arrangements, specific instructions and recommendations will be provided to assist you in your planning. Please refer to any related communications for detailed information.

  • Cancellations or Changes: If an event or retreat is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you via email. You may be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future event, depending on the circumstances.

Virtual Services

  • Access to Services: After purchasing a virtual service, you will receive an email with login instructions or a link to access your service.

  • Service Delivery: Our virtual services are delivered via online platforms (e.g., video calls, webinars, digital content). You will receive all necessary information to ensure a smooth participation experience.

  • Technical Support: Should you encounter any issues accessing our virtual services, please email us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Important Notes

  • Event and Service Reminders: You will receive reminders via email leading up to your event or virtual service to ensure you are fully prepared.

  • No Physical Shipping: Since we only offer live events, retreats, and virtual services, no physical products will be shipped to you. All services are delivered either in-person or online.
