The WISE
Annual Training Program
Join us from January to December, or choose one of our quarterly options. New members can easily join and get in on the action just in time for exciting opportunities. Each quarter, WISE members can start the program with a minimum of five participants, and the seasonal structure adapts to your start date. You’ll have access to session replays no matter your experience level, and by committing to the full year, you'll unlock all the valuable content. About The WISE Training Program
The WISE is a training program focused on education and career development for women leading in sustainability. It offers exclusive networking benefits and is primarily virtual, with in-person sessions and meet-ups throughout the year. If travel isn’t an option, bi-weekly recorded sessions provide valuable content and training. Members can connect through a shared directory, creating an active, real-world network to elevate the industry.

The WISE program features bi-monthly live sessions with remote training content. Sample topics include: Messaging Sustainability Initiatives, Overcoming Conflicts and Misconceptions, ESG Strategies, Building Team Consensus, Communicating with Your Supply Chain, and more. You’ll gain access to top-tier insights from across the sustainability space.
Contact Sharing
Members will have access to contact information, bios, and social handles for anyone in the group who chooses to share—sharing is encouraged! This list is private, never shared outside the group, and is designed to foster deeper collaborations. Just this resource alone will be worth the price of the training program.

Peer Learning Sessions
